for the Festival INTERFACE – 40 Years of Speed and Space : Los Angeles – Berlin, we just started to research and work on a film retrospection about the Los Angeles Free Music Society. As there’s no archive yet, its a bits and pieces thing and films slowly come together in original 8/16 mm. The Festival is from September 14 – 30th 2007 at Ballhaus Naunynstrasse, Berlin and will also see a selection of film / video works by LA avant hiphopsters collective Dublab

we are pleased to announce the first screening of Anima-Sounds ‘Mit 20 km/h durch Europa’ on non-geman ground. as we just finished the english subtitling, it is going to be screened at S1, Artspace in Sheffield on 15 February 2007. thanks to Louise Hutchinson and Luke Fowler making this possible

HANDCLAPS got reinvited to do another program for the Skanu Mezs Festival in Riga / Latvia. after a succesful screening appearance on their festival in September last year, we appreciate a lot to go their again and hopefully get to see some more of this beautiful city. the approximated date is 11 / 12 May 2007
